Michelle holds an MBA from the University of Redlands and a Lean Six Sigma certification through the American Society for Quality. As a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, Michelle has over 15 yrs’ experience as a Business Operations Consultant to government agencies and large-scale organizations. She has provided Operations Geology support services for Hess Corporation for multi-well projects, led organization-wide Lean Transformation initiatives for Riverside University Health System and Dignity Health, and facilitated performance improvement projects for Riverside County Public Health, Riverside County Emergency Management Services, Palomar Health System, Stanford University Health Services, and UCLA. Michelle has assisted in designing three Medical Office Buildings and one Ambulatory Surgery Center using an Integrated Facility Design (IFD) based on principles of flow. Additionally, she has worked with start-up technology companies such as CareInSync and Wanda Health to optimize the workflows in their innovative platforms and facilitated the implementations.
Michelle has held leadership positions with the American Society for Quality (ASQ), including Coordinator for the Healthcare Divisions Technical Programs, Team Lead for the Healthcare Book of Knowledge (HBOK), and is a University of Redlands Whitehead Leadership Fellow. She is also the past Board President of a non-profit organization, Friends of Santa Claus, Inc., which provides year-round support to over 120,000 children in Southern
Courtney is no stranger to the oil patch. She was born and raised to a petroleum engineer in the Permian Basin, where most of her family was involved in the oil field in some aspect. Courtney served in the United States Navy from 1999 until 2005 as an aviation electronics technician stationed at NAS Coronado and aboard the USS Nimitz CVN 68. Upon honorable discharge, she returned to West Texas and sold real estate for several years. For the past 10 years, Courtney has been involved in investing, exploration, and drilling of over 60 wells throughout Texas. Her real estate portfolio includes 160 doors in Florida along with several storage units throughout the United States. She is heavily involved in the cryptocurrency space and is assisting in creating a digital asset platform with lending capabilities that will heavily benefit syndicators and investors alike, ultimately making the illiquidity of real estate a thing of the past. One of her main goals is to help as many people achieve financial freedom through syndications with superior returns and amazing tax benefits.
Dr. Jherie Ducombs is a practicing Cardiologist, Assistant Chief Medical Officer of her local community hospital and previously Chairman of the Network Operations Council for it’s multi-specialty Physician Group. She also serves as the Women in Cardiology Section Chair and past Secretary-Treasurer for the Louisiana Chapter of the American College of Cardiology. She is passionate about patient safety and heart disease prevention. Some of her most rewarding accolades include being named Physician of the Year by her colleagues in 2010 and being chosen as one of ten 2019 “Women in Medicine” honorees by the New Orleans continents of the American Heart Association and FestiGals. The Women in Medicine recognition award is given to ten local female leaders who have demonstrated exceptional commitment to the field of medicine and have made a local impact on healthcare in New Orleans. Dr. Ducombs is also a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and is well versed in leading improvement projects. Her incredible real estate portfolio includes over 2400 doors throughout Texas.
